Thanks to Eli Yoder for his video on "Many false teachers are claiming to know the day or the hour when Jesus is returning". It gave me an opportunity to once again put my thoughts down and simplify some lies that are told concerning the Second Coming.

Go to Matthew 24 and start with verse 35. Do not start with verse 36. You need the context of the entire thought.

[35]Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

[36]But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

The word BUT is used 2 different ways:

1. Comparison. Heaven and earth shall pass away BUT my words shall not pass away. This compares something that shall pass away with something that shall not pass away.

2. Continuation. Heaven and earth shall pass away BUT of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. This continues the thought... Heaven and Earth shall pass away... with... but of that day and hour knoweth no man.

So, Jesus was actually telling us nobody knows the day and hour of the end of the world. This is rightly dividing the scriptures. This makes sense. The last event to take place before heaven and earth passes away is the Great White Throne Judgement. Nobody knows how long that event is going to take... except God the Father.

Consider this... if Jesus said we can not know the day or hour of the Rapture then God is a liar. Why? God gave Daniel the prophesy... 1260 days, 2300 days, 1335 days, 1290 days, 2520 days, 2550 days, 70 weeks, 7 weeks, a time times and a dividing of time, a time times and a half.

Delete the entire book of Daniel or stop calling God a liar. God wants us to know!

The entire Bible points to Jesus. The 7 feasts in Leviticus are about Jesus. The word feast literally means appointed time.

The Passover pointed to Jesus, the Lamb of God crucified at the Passover.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread pointed to Jesus, the Sinless Bread of Life.

The Feast of Firstfruits pointed to Jesus, the Firstfruits of the Dead.

Jesus fulfilled the 1st 3 feasts on the day of each feast. The Jews looked backwards to what God did. They should've looked forwards to their Coming Messiah because the Messiah fulfilled the 1st 3 feasts DURING the 3 days he was dead, buried and resurrected.

Jesus fulfilled the Feast of Pentecost by fulfilling his promise to send Another Comforter. Jesus said it is expedient that I go. He said he would ask the Father. He would then send the Holy Ghost and they would never see him again. John 16:7-11.

You need to look forward to the fall feasts for the Second Coming like the Jews should've looked forward to the 1st 3 feasts for their Messiah.

There are 3 feasts left to fulfill. The fall feasts start on Tishri day 1, peak on Tishri day 10 and end on Tishri day 15.

This tells us the Second Coming does not take place in a moment or a twinkling of an eye. The Second Coming is a 2 week long event that includes a great earthquake, the sun and moon being darkened, the stars falling from heaven to the earth, the sign of the Son of Man, followed by every eye seeing Jesus. Then His elect will be gathered, i.e. the dead in Christ will rise first and those few who are alive and remain will be caught up.

The fall feasts tell us the Second Coming will take place in September or October... depending on the year.

Everything points to Jesus. The Jubilee points to Jesus. The Second Coming coming will take place in the next jubilee year. Figure out when the next Jubilee is and then you'll know the year. From what I can tell that will be in 2029.

It's that easy. God wants us to know.

I believe the Second Coming, the day the great earthquake takes place, starts on Tishri day 1. The actual day every eye will START to see Jesus, will be Tishri day 10. I do not believe every eye will see Jesus at the same time. If I were a flat earther then I could say every eye will see Jesus at the same moment. But, the earth is a sphere. I believe it will take several days for every eye around the world, in the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere, to see Jesus.

Be honest:

Did I tell you the day AND hour of the Rapture?

Did I tell you the day AND hour of the Second Coming?

Did I tell you the day AND hour when every eye will see Jesus?

No. I don't know that information because it is irrelevant. Jesus will take his time displaying his kingdom, his power and his glory over a 2 week period.

This is scripture proving religion is wrong. Religion says no man knoweth the day or the hour. Scripture tells us... 1260 days, 2300 days,1335 days, 1290 days, 2520 days, 2550 days.

The devil doesn't go to the unbelieving world with the lie that no man knoweth the day or the hour of the Rapture. He goes to the pulpit. Amen.

Get into the word. Y'all have a blessed day. See ya.

Note: Just a note about Pentecost. Jesus breathed on the disciples and gave them the Holy Ghost on Resurrection day. However, that did not fulfill the promise in John 16. There were several conditions to the promise. I listed them above: 1) Jesus had to go, 2) Jesus had to ask the Father, 3) He would SEND the Holy Ghost, 4) they would see him no more.

If you believe Jesus 'left' when he died on the cross then you would have an argument that he fulfilled the promise. If you believe that Jesus turned into the Father the instant he breathed on the disciples then you would have another argument that he fulfilled the promise.

The problem is Jesus said they would see him no more. That only occurred after Jesus preached for 40 days after he resurrected.

Why did Jesus give the disciples the Holy Ghost on Resurrection day? Answer: He needed witnesses. The disciples were the only ones who could testify that the Holy Ghost was indeed given at Pentecost because Jesus left 10 days before Pentecost.
