Calculating The Start of Daniel's 70th Week

Last year I said February 2, 2025 could be the start of Daniel's 70th week. It wasn't.

The reason is I interpreted the start of the last known Jubilee year wrong.

They say the last Jubilee took place in 522 BC. That's a Gregorian calendar date. The Hebrew calendar runs from Sep/Oct to the next Sept/Oct on the Gregorian calendar. I counted from 523 BC. I should've counted from 522 BC.

This is where it gets technical: You have to convert from Gregorian year 522 BC to Hebrew year 3239 and then add 51 Jubilee years (51*50) and you get Hebrew year 5789. Then you convert to back to Gregorian and you get the calendar year 2029.

Mathematically speaking (51*50) = 2550. Add 2550 + 3239 = 5789. Convert 5789 to Gregorian and you get 2029.

This means the Second Coming will take place in 2029.

Do you see something here? (51*50)=2550 years. Daniel's 70th week is 2550 days long. Is this significant? Is it a proof? I don't know. It just "is".

The next Jubilee year will start on Sep 8, 2029 aka the Feast of Trumpets. Then every eye should see Jesus starting on Sep 18, 2029, the Day of Atonement aka Yom Kippur.

Subtract 1,335 days from Sep 18, 2029 and that means Daniel's 70th week should start on Jan 22, 2026.

I'm so glad I created the calculator. These numbers make me crazy sometimes. I hope they are correct.

I am still not 100% sure 522 BC was when the last Jubilee occurred. So, 2026 may not be the start of Daniel's 70th week. It would help if I could find a source that tells me when the Jubilee occurred on the Hebrew calendar and not the Gregorian calendar. Then the calculations would be spot on.

Right now all we can do is watch and see what happens in January/February.

Moving on.

My thoughts concerning the Dragon, the Woman and the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse have changed and expanded a little bit.

Revelation 12:7 tells us about the war in heaven.

Revelation 12:13 tells us the dragon was cast unto the earth.

Revelation 12:14 says the woman fled into the wilderness for 1260 days.

Revelation 12:15 says the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood.

Revelation 12:16 tells us the earth swallows up the flood.

Revelation 6:2 tells us the white horseman has a bow (a rainbow) and is given a crown.

Put Revelation 12 and 6 together and it looks like once the devil is kicked out of heaven the woman will flee to the wilderness for 1260 days, the 1st half of Daniel's 70th week. He will try to destroy the woman with a flood of water but, the white horseman will go to earth with the Promise (the rainbow) and the Authority of God (the crown) to save the woman causing the earth to swallow up the flood just as the earth swallowed up the water from Noah's flood.

Some people say the flood is a "flood" of people, i.e. armies. However, the word used for flood literally means water... there is no interpretation that I have found to indicate it means an army. Revelation 12:15 actually says the serpent cast out of his mouth WATER as a FLOOD. He does not cast out of his mouth an army as a flood. He also does not cast out of his mouth WATER as... WATER.

I found a translation for the word flood that makes my prediction(s) insanely crazy.

Flood can also mean a WINTER TORRENT. The serpent will cast out of his mouth WATER as a WINTER TORRENT.

I did not know about the winter torrent until recently. This means the calculator is spot on concerning the starting time. Rapture Calculator shows Daniel's 70th week will start in January or February... i.e. the winter time.

Do you realize what I just said? We should see a national or worldwide devastating event take place in January 2026. Could this be the catalyst to the covenant being confirmed?

Some people think the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse are of the devil. I used to think that until I broke down the verses and saw otherwise. The last blog was about the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Here is a thought I've had since then:

I think it would be stupid for God to kick the devil out of heaven and then say... "Hey Loser! Here's a crown for you! Go play king of the earth for a while". Seriously? The devil is kicked out of heaven and then God gives him a crown? Does nobody ever think about things like this?

Let me add some more pieces to the puzzle.

Daniel said he shall CONFIRM the covenant with many. The word CONFIRM does not mean MAKE. Daniel's 70th week does not start when the covenant is MADE, rather it starts when the covenant is CONFIRMED. There is a difference.

CONFIRMED indicates a man will strengthen and/or enforce a pre-existing covenant. This is not an original thought of mine. Rather, I heard it from Nelson Walters on YouTube. I do not agree with his pre-trib rapture position but upon closer examination of the word CONFIRM I believe he is correct.

A covenant was made back in Sep/Oct 2024. The United Nations General Assembly adopted resolutions concerning Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territory. The vote was: 124 in favor, 14 against, 43 abstained. A majority of countries voted in favor. This could be a covenant with many. See also, https://news.un.org/en/story/2024/09/1154496

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week... Nelson Walters thinks this was the beginning of Daniel's 70th week. The problem is... this is when the covenant was MADE... not when the covenant was CONFIRMED. He has started the clock ticking on Daniel's 70th week. This means he has to rethink the pre-trib Rapture now because the covenant with many has been MADE but not CONFIRMED. His solution is Daniel's 70th week has started and now he is waiting for the covenant to be confirmed and then the pre-trib Rapture will take place. I've got news for him. The covenant will be confirmed next year and he will still be here. Oops. Pre-Trib Rapture and you've been left behind.

If the covenant was made last year then you can check off #1 below and look forward to the following the events taking place towards the end of this year or the beginning of next year:

1. The Covenant is made.

2. There is war in heaven. (Revelation 12:7)

3. The devil is kicked out. (Revelation 12:13)

4. After the war, the Lamb takes the scroll (Revelation 5:1-7)

5. Every creature in heaven and on earth praises the Lamb. (Revelation 5:13)

6. The Covenant is then confirmed or strengthened. (Daniel 9:27)

7. The "woman" fled to the wilderness for 1260 days. (Revelation 12:14)

8. The devil tries to kill the "woman" with a flood of water. (Revelation 12:15)

9. The winter torrent will take place in January. (Revelation 12:16)

10. The White Horseman stops the flood with the Promise and the Authority of God. (Revelation 6:2)

11. The Red Horseman takes peace from the earth. (Revelation 6:4)

12. The Black Horseman causes famine. (Revelation 6:5-6)

13. Power is given to Death and Hell to kill a fourth part of the earth (Revelation 6:8)

2 billion people will die by July 5, 2029. Do the math. That comes out to about 1.5 million people per day versus "only" 150,000 per day.

14. The sacrifices will start on Sept 4, 2026. (Daniel 8:13-14)

If the above does not take place in 2026 then I look forward to Feb 9, 2027 as the start.

One way or another there is going to be a Great Reset come 2030.

One last thought. God destroyed the earth with a flood the 1st time. Then he started over with 8 people.

God will destroy the earth a 2nd time over a 7 year period. He will start over with a remnant of believers.

The results will still be the same. A few will be saved during the millennium. The majority will die and go to hell. God will destroy the earth and the heavens one last time with fervent heat.

Then he will start over one last time...
